C. Parkhill Mays III is a Founding Partner with Palisades Advisors, LLC where he specializes in financial management and assessment of emerging growth companies and mid-sized organizations. He also has extensive experience in the structural and transactional aspects of mergers & acquisitions and related corporate transactions. Mr. Mays brings 18 years of financial operations, management and M&A experience in the consumer products, legal outsourcing and professional services industries.

Most recently, Mr. Mays guided IGUANA STUDIOS, INC. through its sale to Change Technology Partners, Inc. (OTC: CTPI.OB). Prior to the transaction, Mr. Mays, as its CFO, guided IGUANA STUDIOS through a heavy growth and grooming phase, including a successful private equity raise. After the transaction, he was retained by Change Technology Partners to advise on M&A and other financial matters.

Prior to IGUANA STUDIOS, Mr. Mays served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC.'s (NYSE: IKN) Legal Document Services division, an $800 million, multi-national organization. Mr. Mays played several roles with IKON from 1996 - 1999, including financial management and operations duties and the strategic assessment and resolution of under-performing acquired businesses. From 1989 - 1996, Mr. Mays served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for Prounis Consulting Group, Inc., a legal outsourcing firm that he founded with others, and ultimately sold to IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mays held various positions within Arthur Andersen & Co.'s audit and tax practices, in Washington, D.C. and New York.

Mr. Mays is Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors for several not for profit organizations including HeartShare Human Services of New York, Samaritan Village, Inc. and the Long Island Business Development Corporation. His other interests include golf and the outdoors.

Mr. Mays received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University and resides with his family in Freehold, New Jersey.
