C. Parkhill Mays III is a Founding Partner with Palisades Advisors, LLC where he specializes in financial management, bookkeeping and general accounting for emerging growth companies and mid-sized organizations. He also has extensive experience in the structural and transactional aspects of mergers & acquisitions and related corporate transactions. Mr. Mays brings 23 years of financial operations, management and M&A experience in the consumer products, legal outsourcing and professional services industries.

Most recently, Mr. Mays guided DISCOVERREADY LLC through its sale to Dolan Media Company (NYSE: DM). Prior to the transaction, as an owner / operator, and the Company's Chief Financial Officer, he guided DISCOVERREADY through a heavy growth and grooming phase, including a successful expansion to multiple markets in the US and overseas.

Prior to DISCOVERREADY, Mr. Mays held numerous management positions in the services and retail sectors including serving as Chief Financial Officer for HOME DECOR PRODUCTS, INC., a high end home furnishings company, and IGUANA STUDIOS, INC., a technology development firm. Earlier in his career Mr. Mays served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC.'s (NYSE: IKN) Legal Document Services division. Mr. Mays began his career in 1987 with Arthur Andersen & Co.'s audit and tax practices, in Washington, D.C. and New York.

Mr. Mays is Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors for several not for profit organizations including HeartShare Human Services of New York, Samaritan Village, Inc. and the Long Island Business Development Corporation. His other interests include golf and the outdoors.

Mr. Mays received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University and resides with his family in Freehold, New Jersey.
